Papa God Todi Hai

After Dhanak's stay at our place for fifteen days .I was a little scared that when she would levae Vineesh would be very lonely . So I started preparing him for the same .

We were on our way to Delhi and then finally that last day when we were coming back I again repeated "Dhanak Hamare saath nahi aane wali hai ". He was like Kyu?????????

Then suddenly he popped up with this question . Can I have a small baby too . I was like hmmmmmmmm . Jaise Yash Ladoo two hai , Jaise Hrit Naisha two hai . But I want a baby brother only .

I din't want to get involved in such question so I rolled the ball in papa's court and said please talk to papa.

So innocently he said "Mama Papa ko kyu bolu Papa God Todi hai ".

Nanu a star in sky .

Vineesh is growing he understand a little about life and death . He has started to know that we all can die and I told him that who die become a star and they are close to God .

A couple of times he has asked about Nanu . Sometimes he gets very emotional.

We are moms house 8th April and suddenly he asked Mama my Nanu is your papa. I said yes Vineesh . He suddenly said but he is not there with u he is become a star . It is so sad that you don't have your papa. ( I could just see and sense the fear in his mind of not having someone around whom u love ).

I was silent for a moment and then suddenly said yes it is dear , but you are there to take care of me right . Nani is also there and that's why we have a family . He dint respond and just got back in play .

Sometimes it's so difficult to understand an emotion and explain it . They are so innocent .They can just touch u r heart and leave u speechless.

Dhank's Visit .

Vineesh is very excited that Dhanak ( my sister in laws daughter ) is coming over for vacation . Suddenly he is happy that he has some one to use his powers of the big bhaiya . Early morning he decides to stay up for Dhanak . Her arrival time being 12.00 at night . Eagerly waiting all day long with all his fun frolic activities he realised that he could pull up any longer . Very politely he asked can I sleep , Is it ok If I see her in the morning .

I smiled and said I am sure she too would be sleeping when she reaches . A fraction of a second and he knoked out . Guess he was just waiting for that confirmation.

Vineesh 's concern

For the last one week he has been asking me . Mama will I get old . Every time I answered Everybody gets old when they grow up baby .With a dejected face , I don't want to be old .

Even after a week he asked me the same thing . I couldn't hold my self and said " You will never get old baby . Its only Mama who will get old and with joy he shouted Yeah Yeah and he went dancing around .

I guess for now I thought it was not a concern that should worry himself on . Time would teach him certain things . I am not sure if I did the right thing but that smile of relief on his face just makes me think that sometimes we expect a lot from our little ones and we feel they can handle all the learning's we want to give them . Some thing I guess have to wait .

The Elephant catches the crab.

Post lunch today (HOLI) day . Cousins and we all were playing passing the parcel . Every body told a poetry . When Vineesh was out he decided to tell a story.

Once upon a time there was an elephant . He was a monster elephant and then .. .

The elephant used to eat all animals .One day he went to the beach and saw a crab .

He told the crab I will not eat u . The crab told him that I will not bite u then .

Suddenly when the crab turned the elephant eat the crab , and said

ullu banaya bada mazza aaya .

I want to be a .........

Can't believe that Vineesh has reached that stage where he has started saying what he wants to be when he grows up .

The other day he says , " I want to be a police but the one who wear's the green cap and has a big gun " . ( He was trying to say he wanted to be in military ).

I got him military pant's and he was thrilled .

The first I want to be I guess many more to come with the changing time :) or this stay's same till the end .

Time will let us know .

Gentelmen get married .

A couple of days back , Vineesh was coming back from his skating class . We were waiting for an auto for Tulika aunty. Vineesh was eager to go home. So on the way I told him that girls and women should be dropped safely that makes u a good boy and good gentelman .

He turned around and said

Vineesh : "Gentlemen get married "

Me : " Yes " .

I tried to change topic .

Vineesh : I will get married ti Naisha "

Me: Yes ok , Lets go home .

Vineesh began to mur mur .

Me : What happened

Vineesh : Mama , Do u like Naisha. Koi problem to nahi hai .

ME : Speechless for a second . No problem . lets go home .
